Wang on 15 May 2026 addressing Project Giraffe evaluation data, clawed-back materials, protective-order disputes, Microsoft financial disclosures, and post-litigation evaluation logging obligations. The order also denied Microsoft’s motion concerning NYT Brand Tracker Survey data without prejudice and directed further meet-and-confer efforts between the parties.
