Non-compliance - The failure of an AI provider, deployer, or other operator to meet the obligations or requirements established by the EU AI Act. When authorities identify such a situation, they may require corrective action to ‘put an end to the non-compliance’, or impose penalties and restrictions on use. (EU AI Act, Art. 83).
