Limited-risk AI system - AI systems whose use does not materially influence decision-making or substantially affect protected interests, thereby posing ‘only limited risks which are not increased through the use of an AI system’. They may still ‘pose specific risks of impersonation or deception’ and are therefore subject to transparency duties requiring that users be informed when interacting with them.
