Key performance indicators (digital justice) - Quantitative or qualitative measures used to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of digital justice or AI governance initiatives. The CEPEJ Guidelines require ‘reasonable and measurable key performance indicators to ensure proper monitoring of efficiency and efficacy’ and to assess ‘return of investment, cost management and savings-of-human-resources’.
