AI management system (AIMS) - A structured set of policies, processes and controls by which an organisation governs the responsible development, provision and use of AI systems; it is certifiable under ISO/IEC 42001:2023, published on 18 December 2023 and described by ISO as 'the world's first AI management system standard' (ISO/IEC 42001:2023).
